- If colour is not specified, black ink will be provided in first draft

- Once order is placed, please email hello@mlcdesignstudio.com.au with name list in a Word document format. Please ensure your order number is the subject line.
- Draft will be provided via email within 3-5 business days from date order is placed (please ensure email is correct when placing order)
- Draft can be amended twice at no additional charge
- Any more than two amendments to drafts will incur an additional charge
- If you wish to amend drafts to a higher priced option, the additional charges will be sent in an invoice via email
- First draft will include one page to ensure contents and design are correct. Once this has been approved, another draft will be provided with all names.
- Please note, draft with all names can not be changed based on contents and design. If this is required, there will be an additional charge. Please ensure the first draft is accurate prior to approval.
- Digital Print items will be shipped approx 2-3 weeks after final draft has been approved
